interpretive services may not always be immediately available.

2. Teaching Institution

Please note that spectrumsprouts Kids is a teaching institution. Therefore, students and
trainees may be involved in aspects of your or your child’s care, always under the strict supervision of
qualified professionals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting the training of
future professionals.

3. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Your healthcare choices, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes depend on the accuracy of the information
you share with us.

4. Information About Procedures

Before any test, treatment, or procedure, you will receive complete information about:

• The purpose and benefits of the service
• Possible risks, problems, or complications
• Alternative treatment or therapy options

You are encouraged to ask questions about anything you do not understand.
A qualified clinician will always be available to address your questions and provide clarity.

spectrumsprouts make no guarantee or warranty regarding the outcome of any service,
treatment, or therapy provided. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances and medical
conditions.

6. Voluntary Participation

Participation in any therapy or service is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw consent or discontinue
services at any time. Please inform our staff if you decide to change or stop a treatment plan so we can
guide you safely.

7. Referrals & Emergencies

If additional diagnosis, specialist care, or external services are required, appropriate referrals will be
provided. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for such services. Our team will also guide you
on how to seek emergency care if necessary.

8. Confidentiality

All personal, medical, and therapy-related information shared with SpectrumSprouts will
remain confidential. Information will only be disclosed in accordance with our
Privacy Policy or when required by law.
